
Mr.
Chekwa is a Station Manager/ Coordinator of Multimedia Community Centre in
Mozambique (CMC) a Communication Non Governmental Centre which was established
in 2006 under UNESCO’s Communication Project. In this Centre, Mr. Chekwa is responsible for the
function of Community Radio member of for Community Radio National Forum (FORCOM),
Telecentre, Community Television and a Community Newspaper. Mr. Chekwa is also a Community Journalist,
Radio Presenter, Trainer and National News papers Correspondent. Initially he
joined CMC in 2006, firstly as a vice Chairman for CMC Management Body
Committee. And in 2007 he was nominated as a Station Manager/ Coordinator and
he is also a project manager for Community Radio program of monitoring good
governance financed by MASC. Mr. Chekwa has
more than 10 years of experience in Communication Industry.
